Founder Vivian Wang has practiced immigration and nationality law exclusively since the 90s. She has served as trusted counsel to numerous businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to universities, nonprofit organizations, family-owned businesses, talented scientists, scholars, engineers, artists, athletes, and many high net worth investors.
Ms. Wang is an innovative expert in National Interest Waiver (NIW) analysis and advocacy. She has established a long and successful track record post the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) precedent decision.
Ms. Wang represented some of the pioneering startup companies in the IT consulting, computer software, semiconductor, biomedical, and transportation industries.
She has participated actively in the evolution of the labor certification process for the past 16 years.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Wang had extensive work experience in academia. She was an Assistant Professor of Library Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign School of Law (UIUC), where the exposure to the fascinating legal codes inspired her to redirect energies to the study and practice of Law. After receiving law degree, she held a key administrative position at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, and participated in establishing Nevada's first law school. Ms. Wang subsequently relocated to Irvine, California, where she has been practicing law for the past 16 years.
