Immigration law is a field where experience counts -- this field is so complicated that it takes years to understand the ins and out.
You can count on our extensive immigration law expertise skillfully developed over two decades!

Through the use of latest technology and through other intelligent business practices, we are able to operate at the highest standard of efficiency, without compromising quality. Thus, we are happy to “pass this efficiency” along, by offering competitive and reasonable flat fees for most services. Typically, an initial attorney fee is due upon signing your retainer agreement, and a second payment is due before we file your application. For EB1 and NIW cases, the second payment is due upon approval (e.g. achieving a milestone as specified in the retainer agreement). Other costs typically include USCIS filing fees, which are set by USCIS to cover the cost of processing immigration applications.

Please contact us for a free case evaluation. A written fee quote is always provided, upon request, after we had a chance to assess your needs and objectives.

Below is a table of attorney fee and USCIS filing fees associated with H1B Visa. Please check with us for fees not listed.

The Law Office of Vivian Wang is a boutique immigration law firm specializing in delivering creative and ethical solutions for a worldwide client base including companies and individuals.

Built on a reputation for impeccable service and uniquely approachable style, the Law Office of Vivian Wang provides high-quality and cost-effective legal strategies. We help our clients navigate the complex immigration process with efficiency and success. For nearly two decades, we have counseled large and small companies, universities, non-profit organizations, and individual clients nationwide, and from around the world.

We have special expertise in the twin self-sponsored routes for obtaining permanent residence: national interest waiver and extraordinary ability. We are also widely recognized for providing strategic and reliable guidance to companies and educational institutions in the utilization of H, O, and L nonimmigrant visas, and of labor certification applications. In connection with H1B work visa, we have gained considerable expertise in third-party placement filings for small and large companies that provide or utilize contractors and sub-contractors.

In recent years we have developed experience and resources to guide our EB-5 investors through the highly popular, but increasingly complex and ever-changing “investment green card” application.
